Privacy

Play Again Helper processes game-window images locally on your Windows computer. It does not upload gameplay screenshots.

Purchases

Stripe processes payment information. Our service stores an order identifier, Stripe payment references, payment status, and hashed license and order-claim values. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not by the Windows app.

Activation

The app sends your license key, a public signing key, and a hash derived from your Windows installation identifier to the activation service. These are used to limit a license to one active installation. The private signing key and saved license are protected locally using Windows encryption. Network addresses are hashed for short-lived rate limiting. Hosting and payment providers may retain their own operational records.

Support and retention

Activation and purchase records are retained to provide access, handle transfers, and resolve payment issues. Contact lancehouse54@gmail.com for help or privacy requests. No analytics or advertising trackers are included in this storefront.
